Sharon is an outstanding realtor. We have used her on the sales end. She doesn’t get discouraged in the house doesn’t sell right away. She redoubles her effort. She markets to all the social media as well as traditional open houses every few weeks. Our house had 4 offers before it sold. The 1st 3 dropped out through no fault of hers. The fact that we had 4 offers shows that she is a good marketer. We also referred a friend to her whose house sold within weeks. We have another house we plan to list with her. We have also looked for houses to buy with her. So far we haven’t found the right property but she has been very patient with us taking us to property after property. She listens to what we want and has found several that meet our criteria. We just haven’t been able to make the numbers work. I would recommend her to anyone wanting an EXCELLENT realtor.
