Being first time home buyer , we were little nervous in the beginning, however , we feel lucky to come across Dean and have him as our realtor. I was amazed with the responsiveness that he showed to accommodate our requests and impressed with the kind of knowledge he has while looking at any property. He always tries to find out minute level details and problems if any while looking at any home which is not very common with other realtors. we always felt comfortable with his recommendations whenever he used to reject any property straight away. He understood our needs very well and knew exactly what we were looking for.
